Berlin Packaging Ny

I called and spoke to their customer service and inquired about a Piston Filler to fill CBD oil. Long story short when I questioned their statement that their machines were FDA approved, they said they were.
When I told them that FDA does not approve machines they then told me on another part of their site it says they use FDA approved materials. I then contacted FDA and they said they were in violation for using the FDA logo and making false claims. Then I found out their machines are made in China and China machines are not food safe in any way unless it has an NSF certification. I then called NSF which checked there records for Berlin Packaging and did not find and thing on them. So of course I did not buy from them and would not buy anything from them because they can't be trusted.

Berlin is a pretty unique packaging service in that they do not simply provide packaging services. their service extends beyond that into being a distributor, manufacturer and packaging consultant all within the same company. they even have a graphic design department. While we dont use them for those purposes, they are multi purpose which is a convenient and attractive component. We use Berlin to order QorPak laboratory packaging and supplies - we order anything from supplies and containers to equipment through Berlin. they offer 0% interest financing which helps to reduce cost rather than ordering directly from Qorpak. if you order qorpak products via Berlin, they offer comprehensive customer service where you get a dedicated representative so you are given a direct and addition point of contact. their deliver in a timely manner, great customer service. however, they are fairly pricey but the 0% financing does help in bringing down the cost

Working with Berlin Packaging Ny has always been an easy and convenient process. We need packing supplies, they have got them! With our company, the small odd things are not easy to ship but when we started working with BPN, that problem was solved. We love how durable their pouches are and always recommend them to other companies that we know. Honestly, trying out a new product is always risky for a company but I was shocked when the packaging for our food product made it halfway across the company without any wear or tear. Trusting a company to deliver your product has never been so easy.

Berlin Packaging has been providing us with electrical components for our products for some time now. Since the beginning of the relationship Berlin has always been upfront with setting expectations and also working with us and a partner to ensure we are getting the most out of their products and services. Their prices are competitive and their service department is also really good. Turn times can be a bit on the longer side compared to others, but as stated above, they will set expectations with you so that you can plan ahead. Thumbs up for Berlin Packaging.

Berlin Packaging Ny provides our firm with a wide selection of packaging material such as tubes and drums for our materials used for assembly. Their massive selection of products meets almost all our needs for the particular size tubes and drums that we need. We wish their website would be a little more descriptive and show all these products, but their customer service team provided us with all the guidance we needed when we called them. Their competitive pricing and quick lead times will definitely have us ordering again!

Berlin makes okay packaging products. I order a few custom prototype shipping crates for a reliability test. I wasn't impressed with final results. Beside that they have okay customer service and caps.

Berlin is a very unique packaging company that really knows how to ship unusual sizes. We send our unusual large amounts to small amounts of boxes and sizes. They truly care about their customers and high value. Never had an issue or turned down for any shipment. They do it as quick as possible with the safest way with out damaging any sort of products
