Big Joe Handling Systems

We have a handful of their pallet jacks roaming around our warehouse, my favorite being the large orange one. They're quiet (don't rattle), and fit pretty much every size pallet we have in the building. The hydraulics don't require any force at all to activate, even our smaller ladies can do it no problem. On the other hand, they have some compacted pallet jacks that are so thin they don't fit in the majority of our pallets. In fact, I haven't found a use for it yet, although I'm sure its here for a reason.

We contracted Big Joe Handling Systems for their various products such as jacks for around the warehouse. They're extremely high quality and we've been able to maintain a clean and organized warehouse with the use of their jacks. They're able to move heavy weights and with great maneuverability. The employees enjoy working with them. It's made their jobs much easier. The customer service was top notch and always available to answer our questions and offer insight. Overall we've had a wonderful experience with them and will continue to work with them and refer.

Every warehouse manufacturing facility needs a forklift and Big Joe is your one stop shop. We purchased a "used" stand up electric forklift from Big Joe a few years ago and use this bad boy in a daily basis. the used forklift even came with a solid warranty to alleviate any breakdown concerns. Very happy as the machine works very smoothly, and is used regularly. Their staff is also very knowledgeable in helping us identify the correct forklift for our warehouse needs.

Quality and reliable pallet jacks that allow us to keep our warehouse organized. We often have extremely heavy items that need to go up 10+ feet and that's where Big Joe's systems come into play. Easy to use, operate and a favorite of all the staff. Customer service is great and easy to reach. Been impressed since we ordered our first unit and will continue to order more.

Big Joe is a local Bay Area company specializing in warehouse equipment and forklifts. We ordered our pallet jacks and a stand up lift for our parts transportation needs. We also utilize their shelvings for parts storage in our warehouse. Very well built shelvings very strong and durable. All in all they really have good quality lifts you can count on to perform on que.

we use the pallet jack handling systems at our work daily. it can carry heavy load and easy to move. we also use the electric platform lifts to reach high level and makes our job easier. this equipment is very useful at work and nothing can go wrong. we never had any problems. they also provide good customer services.

we have a couple of their palette jacks in the warehouse to move palettes and also palettes that have boxes with material in them. the pricing was fair and they are very easily maintained. the shipment for the order was on time and the pricing of the shipping did not cause us an arm and a leg.

Purchase several pallet jacks and a, battery powered Walkie Stacker from Big Joe. Pallet jacks are the same as everyone else's, but the Walkie Stacked had more features, and was able to lift 500 lb items the 24 feet up that we required. Simple training and reliable product.

I used these lifts when working in a warehouse. They are electric platform lifts that makes moving boxes to high shelves a lot easier. When shipping goods out to customers getting product down quickly is important and the Big Joe's are great at that. Clean Electric powered vehicles to boot!
