We have consulted with Biogeneral for years for expertise knowledge on polymer monofilaments and they have always provided us with excellent feedback and reports. They are the experts when it comes to material science and can provide a wealth of knowledge to help you make decisions on your end. Their knowledge has been able to help us get through process validation on multiple devices. Their service is expensive but is still a great value considering what they provide you with. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and easy to work with. I have no reservations on recommending them for others as they have been a tremendous resource for us on our end. We have been working with Biogeneral for years and they have been a supplier of quality medical component. and parts for us. They mostly supply us of medical instrument that we use in our simulation testing lab. They have a lot of various sizes and parts to select from. Their customer staff is easy to get a hold of. They work very efficiently and get work done very quickly. They are also very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to get to work with. I have no issues recommending them for others to use. They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vendor.

They added tremendous value by have the correct tubing size OD and cutting it to length per our requirements - this saved us another step in our process by utilizing one vendor for our parts - a time & cost savings. Biogeneral was the supplier of a bioabsorbable filament in one of the products I worked on. After transferring it into production, we ran into some complaints in the field. Biogeneral was very accommodating to our needs when we wanted to visit the facility and also very open about their processes. They helped is with our root cause analysis and were able to provide important information and insight about the product behavior. Great staff to work with!

The chemists and engineers at Biogeneral work very closely with us to develop the right formulation for our application. Additionally, they are able to conduct all of the necessary validations that we require before accepting product. With the in-process inspections and final release inspectionsand testing, we are able to receive fiber from Biogeneral and after reviewing the documentation, place it in stock.

We contacted Biogeneral's plastic extrusion products. They are our long time vendor and they can support our large demand without any problems. We get parts on time most of the time. At first when we order custom small quantity and it was very expensive but it gets cheaper over time. Customer service is very supportive of any issue we address.

We have been ordering all of our medical tubing through Biogeneral Inc over the past few years. We have had nothing but success when ordering through them. They have done a lot of custom sizing for us. We never have had any issues ordering in bulk. The tubing that we have received from them has been very high quality. We've used Biogeneral for polyester extrusions, or what we call tethers. The quality is always up to par and we greatly rely on this, as it is an important aspect of our product design. I couldn't imagine what it'd be like with an inferior product. We are lucky to have a vendor who is willing to work with us, provide good quality, and fast lead times.
