When we were starting out looking for vendors to help with our production we came to Branson for welding and we were glad that we did. Not only are their products durable and solidly built, but their customer service and sales team were great. Their team helped us decided on the items we wanted. They listened to our needs and what we wanted to do now and what our plans for the future were. They advised us on what best fit our needs with no upsell! Honesty in companies is hard to come by and we'd pay any price for a good honest company.

Branson Ultrasonics provided our firm with some vibration and ultrasonic welders for our plastic joining process on a few of our devices. The welders have worked out well and have been really easy to use. Our products have come out great which pleases our clients. We initially went with Branson because of their competitive price points and have really been surprised at the level of service they provide. Branson is quick to address any of our questions and provide any guidance we need on their welders. They have a great team and we will continue using them as part of our supply chain!

we have contracted with branson ultrasonics with our assembly line because of their location and great prices. We have never had any problems with Branson and any of their products. We have used their products for years and never had a doubt in our mind to change our vendor. Their metal tubings and cleaners are awesome quality and the build design is wonderful. Will recommend to anyone out there in the market for these types of quality products.

My start up uses Branson's ultrasonic cleaners for our assembly line process. Maintaining our machinery is critical to maintaining our level efficiency and thereby potential profitability. Branson allows us to have significant customization in the solution they provide us. They offer a wide variety of electrical equipment and we're glad to continue ordering from. Though quality does come at a price, which is not cheap. And sometimes lead times can get extended. Overall we were decently satisfied.

When developing one of our new products we were having difficulty with one particular step. Our finding indicated that we were in need of a specialized form of cleaning (Ultrasonic) which Branson Ultrasonics was a highly recommended company for. We sent a few samples over to see how they would perform and they passed with flying colors. Not only was their service on par with our needs but their whole team was great to work with. Would highly recommend looking into them for any cleaning or laser cutting needs.

we used to use a standalone branson for our welding application, but in an effort to automate the process, i was tasked with incorporating the existing branson into a more streamline processes. their customer rep connected me with one of their engineers, and he was able to step me through the most efficient way to incorporate their system into our process.

What's not to like? I've never come across a Branson Ultrasonic cleaner failure. I can't say the same goes for a few other companies I've used over the years. Great dependable products from an awesome company.

Strengths: Branson Ultrasonics is the industry standard for ultrasonic cleaning equipment. Their cleaners are dependable and last a long time.

Needs to improve: I find that branson's ultrasonics are not distributed as freely as they used to be. Most lab supply companies now sell their "house brand" ultrasonic cleaners so Branson is harder to find.

Exceptional customer service. That is really all you need to know about Branson. With many choices for cleaning devices what really sets apart Branson is the level of commitment they have for their customers. Our devices are strictly monitored for quality assurance and any delay or errors can be very costly. Branson makes sure that we are always fitted with the best equipment and in the rare occasion something does go wrong they are on top of it.

We currently have a couple of these ultrasonic cleaners/ baths in our R&D lab. Very easy to use and very useful especially since we produce our own 3D printing of our own prototype parts and components. They are very durable and will last you a very long time with proper care.

Needs to improve: The only thing about Branson is that they are very expensive you definitely need to make sure it will fit your budget.

Alot of diffirent kind of machines for productions use their plastic welder that we use every day to embed our component to the film bags a very efficient equipment fun using it and easy to maintain also their tech service repair is always their in emergency call so they can fix it fast fast reponse shipping is always in time. Being in medical devices, cleanliness of components are a requirement. Branson's ultrasonic cleaning systems are one of the industry standards and are of excellent quality and reliability. I've also used their ultrasonic welding systems which are also reliable and good quality. I have seen their thermal and laser welding/bonding systems as well, so they have quite a few capabilities. Prices are high, but reflective of their quality.

Used several Branson Ultrasonic Welders for diagnostic disposable assembly. They designed all of our tooling (weld heads) for our applications. I worked closely with their engineers on one project where I had to remove the welder from its bed and incorporate it into an automated assembly line. They helped greatly with the interface and custom triggering.

Strengths: Good products with great customer support. Very knowledgeable about welding plastics and willing to adapt products to meet you needs.

i consider branson ultrasonic the industry standard when it comes to ultrasonic cleaning. the equipment is built with quality and requires very little maintenance. they offer them in a variety of sizes, making them a good fit whether you have a lot or little space. i have also used some of their off the shelf beaker holders to elevate the containers from the bottom of the bath.

Branson provided excellent customer service on our Ultrasonic cleaners for our R&D department. One of our machines had issues and it was covered under warranty. We were shipped a new cleaner before we sent them our defective unit. What amazing customer service. They stand behind there products and provide quality and reliable service. Their machines are easy to use for cleaning components throughout the manufacturing process.

They have a great welding application. i wanted to use their product with another product we use and they were able to help me by contacting one of their engineers to help me through the system and incorporating it into one of ours. Their cleaning application is equally as good. They come in a variety of sizes which can be used for anything.

Needs to improve: These machines will run you quite a bit they are not cheap. Other then that it's a great tool to have in your lab.

We have purchased high quality metal welding equipment and tools from Branson Ultrasonics. They are pricey so make sure you do your homework on the right equipment to get, but we are very happy as their welders are awesome. Always come through and never fail and easy to maintain. These were built to last a lifetime.

Branson has provided excellent service on our Ultrasonic cleaners. They are durable and I have never had issue in my career. The machines are easy to use and are offered in may sizes. The only thing is a little bit expensive but again it is durable so worth it to own one.
