Usually great service and supply. Occasional supply chain snafu's but not too bad.

Strengths: Campagnolo is the grand daddy of the bicycle component supply business. Their bicycle component gruppos have won more Tour de Frances then any other company. They products have a near "jewel" like appearance and are more works of art then functional bicycle pieces. We use Campagnolo road gruppos for our top end bicycles and they command a premium price for this. They have a nice replacement parts network and relatively wide distribution.

Needs to improve: Campagnolo is a very expensive gruppo. They do not have "entry" level parts. Only top line components.

They are an industry leader in all things related to bicycle components, known largely for their exceptional quality. They are extremely reliable, high end and ultimately what high caliber biking clientele are in search of. Customer service is bar none as they are always available to address our inquiries. Their staff knows the industry inside and out and is always happy to offer solutions. Quality products and a quality team!

Campagnolo USA Inc. has a reputation for being the best in the business for bicycle components. It was no question where to go for supplies. Their customer services helped us through their wide selection and provided great insight. Product quality was great. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will reach out to again.
