When we were searching for companies that do pad printing we can across CleanCut Technologies. We were impressed by their website and then saw the services they provide. They are like a one stop shop! They do it all! All of your packaging needs are covered by them. We were impressed, but just because you say you can do things well doesn't mean you can, you got to back it up. And back it up they did. These guys packaged up, pad printed and perfected our prototypes to our exact specs and even added a little flare to make it prettier. They are awesome, competitive pricing and worth looking into for your needs.

we contract our medical packaging to CleanCut tech. when we first get in contact with them, they had a consultant discuss thoroughly with us regarding our needs, we showed them our devices and what our packaging needs and requirements were. they can revise designs according to your needs and once you are satisfied with the packaging design, they do rapid prototyping of samples. the provide a single point of contact when you use them which smooths out the communication process and minimizes error. they offered us very fast turnaround time and the packaging was exactly what we wanted down to our detailed specifications.

We've been working with Clean Cut Technologies for a couple months now. We've been sourcing various components to include in a couple of our product lines. We found it more cost effective to source the additional components from them instead of trying to manufacture them ourselves. We also found that the cost would also prevent us from putting a quality product therefore we source those additional components from Clean Cut. Now our products are not only cost effective, but also very high quality. Wouldn't have been able to do this with out the help of Clean Cut.

A lot of companies provide packaging components, but we use CleanCut for their tabless packaging--they weld the dispenser hoop straight onto the card. For people who have dealt with packaging issues before, they can attest to the headache (more like migraine) that a packaging issue can cause. CleanCut was responsive in helping to re-tool the initial die to minimize the cost to update the card. Additionally, they delivered 1 week ahead of the promised date.

Needs to improve: The initial tooling cost to cut the backer cards is higher than desired

They supply the backer cards to our current product and were easy to work with when we had to revise the shape of the card. They also can attach the hoops to the backer card without tabs, which is a great way to minimize potential packaging failures. Our first batch did have some issues with the hoops not staying attached to the card, but they were responsive and fixed it by the next lot.

Needs to improve: Nothing glaring

CleanCut makes very nice packaging cards with hoops permanently welded in place. They can also add pad printing of logos for an even more professional appearance. CleanCut has been able to quickly supply our company with prototype cards, then supply small quantities of cards produced on their CNC table while our tooling was under construction. The final cost of the cards in not the cheapest, but they are much better than the particulate nightmare of the SBS cardboard cards.

We have purchased the custom clipless dispensers from CleanCut for our catheter. The design and prototyping process went smoothly, and we only had to go thru one additional iteration to ensure that the hoops were securely welded to the card. The cards are truly ready for prime-time and look very professional, however, you should expect to pay for tooling and a premium price per assembly. Although they are somewhat costly, I have no regrets!

Clean Cut Technologies were the providers of backer cards for a few products we rolled off. The backer cards are flexible in the sense that you can manipulate them to custom fit every kind of packaging. For this kind of feature, they are ingenious and also pricing is competitive which makes them an easy choice for us. So far so good. We highly recommend them.

I've worked with CleanCut at one company and they impressed me with their dedication and quick turnaround. Of course they will charge you a nice shiny dime to make the initial die, but afterwards, they will work with you to minimize cost if you end up having to alter it. I felt like the people working there treated me as a team member rather than an annoying customer.

Cleancut provides the backing card and packaging hoop for our company. Great service and products. Also their sale prep are pretty nice to work with. Whenever we have the new production that need the new backing card and hoop, their sale prep are pretty knowledgeable and helpful to provide the quote new samples layout of the backing and hoop for preliminary packaging testing.

we are getting supplied by cleancut backer cards for our catheters. they have been made of good quality materials as well as with prints on it with our logo, etc. no issues and we have been able to successfully complete all our packaging validation tests, etc. the staff is also very helpful and responsive to our needs

We we were researching for a secondary source for our packaging. Cleancut was very help in providing us prototypes and samples for us to evaluate. Overall they checked all the boxes and so far we are happy with them providing pouch cards and dispensers.

Strengths: The packaging cards and boxes provided were good quality and have been reliably supplied. They have the ability to prototype as well with fast turnaround, which make it easier to quickly design and adjust to meet tight design deadlines.

Awesome vendor for backer cards. If you don’t want to use tabs to hold the dispenser hoops in place, they offer a version where they weld the hoops directly to the backer cards. Try it out. Your pouches will thank you.

Cleancut designed and manfucatured our backer card and hoop assembly. They also pad print our logo on the card. After an iteration or 2 to get the hoop welded to the card, quality has been great!
