The Printing Source excels at quality, matching colors from one stock to another and printing on various different kinds of stock. Their service is bar none. My salesperson is Mary Willmering and she is top notch and knows the trade inside and out. Her coordinator Karen is the best I have ever had.
This company will go the extra mile when I need them to. Also they don’t overcharge for freight, alterations and unnecessary overs.

I have worked with The Printing Source for well over 20 years. I appreciate their resourcefulness and the "can do" attitude that not only the owner has but everyone within the company - whether it is someone in estimating, coordinating, press personnel or shipping, i never have to give it a second thought that it will be done and done well.

Strengths: The printing source is a really valuable resource to me. They are extremely innovative in the ways they solve problems. We've been able to do alot of really unique work over the years. I recommend the Printing Source to many many people who ask me for a great printer.

Needs to improve: I really am hard pressed to provide a weakness. The Printing Source has always been up for whatever job i've thrown at them. They have NEVER wilted when faced with a challenge or challenging client of mine. In fact, I would say that they always rise to the occasion - whether timing is an issue or production of a particular piece, they get it done.

I get exceptional service and print quality from The Printing Source. If the designer has made an error, I love the fact that the skilled craftsmen at the Printing Source will point out the issue before it is printed. There, they take the time to look at your job. It isn't garbage in, garbage out. They will take what comes in and suggest how to best print the piece for the highest quality and look. I have never had a bad experience with Don and The Printing Source. I recommend the firm to everyone I know.

Strengths: The Printing Source is an outstanding company that provides excellent and creative printing services. Don Kohm is a craftsman. He is the best in the business. On high-end and difficult printing projects, Don makes excellent suggestions and provides creative solutions. The Printing Source offers state-of-the-art equipment and skilled printers. It is a throwback to the days when quality and price meant something. Though I am in Dallas, Texas, I trust my printing to Don and the Printing Source in St. Louis.

I , Rivet Global, have been working with The Printing Source, for the past 10 years. Specifically, Tim Lyons. They are our #1 vendor. I take that back, they are not a vendor. They are a partner. They have ran small jobs for us (qty of 100) to large jobs for us (qty of 2 million) and have handled fulfillment that included high value gift cards. We trust them with all of our client’s work. We bring them ideas and they make the ideas come to life. And often times we bring them into the game when we are brainstorming ideas to make sure they are feasible before we present them to our clients. They are true partner to our agency and have helped us grow our client relationships along the way.

The Printing Source has produced over 7,000,000 printed pieces over the past 8 months for my company. Working with Don and Karen has been an extreme pleasure.
They do what they say they are going to do and if there is a problem of any kind, they fix it. The Printing Source is also very supportive of our Wounded Warriors as they donated their time and printing to the Gateway Warrior Foundation golf tournament last October.

Vista who? Printing source is THE SOURCE. We contract them out for all our advertising and printing needs and they are amazing. They can fit any of our needs small or large they will work with us. They are so very professional and keep everything confidential. Their turn around time is amazing. We submit to them what we're thinking and they turn and and smack us with a finish product that exceeded our expectations. Because of them we were able to bring in more clients and expand our company. Awesome dudes.

The Printing Source has always brought forward new and different design and production alternatives that add value to our brand.

Strengths: The Printing Source is extremely innovative in their approach to print production. We continuously push the creative envelope and the Printing Source has ALWAYS met the challenge. I've worked with printers through-out North America and the UK, and they are at the top of my list of great printers.

Needs to improve: An area of opportunity for The Printing Source are few, but for our needs, large format printing would be of value.

Enjoy working with the TPS team. The estimator although may ask too many questions, he does ask the right ones for clarity. I have found TPS to be a cost effective quality printer that ships on time.

I have used the Printing Source on a few occasions to print color glossy marketing brochures, I was very happy with the quality of the work and the fast turnaround. The graphic artwork was very impressive. They are more expensive than their competitors but they do great work.

Strengths: High quality commercial printing, great customer service, fast turnaround, ontime delivery, expert in house graphic designers.

Needs to improve: Can be pricey depending on how much color and detail needed

Last year we transitioned from our long time label supplier to the Printing Source, which is not something I was looking forward to doing because of the complexity involved. The effort has been worth it. The service so far has been exceptional.

Strengths: Service, turn around time, customer service and quality are all great!

Needs to improve: Sales -- Just kidding! Love our Sales Rep Steve Zirkle!!! I have no complaints with the Printing Source!

They're not focusing on their bottom line. Often, suggestions they make to improve my product require no increase (and occasionally, a decrease!) in my bill. They value a long-term customer over a quick buck.

Our experience has been very positive and overall a great partnership for us. They are responsive to our requests and they open about issues.

Strengths: Reliability, quality controls, trade only service, friendly customer support and competitive pricing.

Needs to improve: Perhaps the only weakness would be the location which entails extra days of transit for us in the New York Metro area.
