We used them for years as a supplier for machined Delrin parts. The only issue we had with them was dirty parts and only because we are med device and they are more industrial. The problem was quickly fixed and they were great about it.

Strengths: Good local shop that can handle high volume machining

Needs to improve: Keep and eye them if you use them for med device, not their primary customer base
