They are awful. We've used them for 10 years and they have become awful. They are 6 months late on delivery and have stopped responding to emails and calls. They are not proactive with anything and have put us in a position where we have $500k of orders at risk of our customers cancelling. No accountability or apathy - these guys are terrible.

Our company has used Coorstek over the past for purchasing ceramic material. They are the largest manufacturer of technical ceramics North America. They have over 90 years of experience and their knowhow when it comes to Alumina is exceptional. We were able to acquire enough material of AD-90 Alumina to have a small production run made for the wand heads. Their sales staff along with the engineering staff was able to help us choose the correct material makeup for our specific application. The hand tools have been very durable for us never running into any issues with them. Ordering in bulk from them has never been an issue.
