terrible i think i listed enough on the weakness part. i would go with at&t or even dish network over these crooks. always want something from me/you with no return favors. customer service is a joke and from far away lands. the workers are even worse who do crap jobs. ive been an electrician for 10yrs. my first year i was running cable and cat5 better than these hacks. have some pride in your workmanship. quit being lazy you get paid enough.
Strengths: fast internet. phone lines work.
Needs to improve: they are a monopoly!! terrible customer service!! will be on hold for hours. generally will have to call back because the adjustment in payment was not done by the guy you talked to the other day. internet is randomly down. phone lines to call boxes not working a lot!! workers do terrible wiring jobs/ leave wires dangling through out the garages, leave wires terribly tacked up in units, have no clue where "their" boxes are located in the building, will leave wire clippings on the ground and leave it. they are constantly asking me for help without payment. they hire outside electrical companies to do work, who are clueless!! our field rep(jacob ellison) who i've only seen once in the last 2yrs will not give me a managers discount because we don't have a 100 unit minimum!! stopped helping their workers years long time ago. the workers will come and park their trucks in the handicap spots, so i have them towed away.
I'm somewhat torn because the product itself is good. It's the business relationship that is a huge turn off. They're pretty expensive too. You can negotiate on price, but the way that conversation went made me feel that they're constantly trying to rip off their customers. This industry needs more competition.
Strengths: The cable internet service is fast, and easily handles the capacity my company demands.
Needs to improve: Speeds can spike and dip from time to time. Customer service is atrocious. No one was rude to me, but it was a struggle just getting in contact with the necessary parties.
I use comcast xfinity for my company's phone line and main room cable and have had nothing but problems with them. I would say over 50% of my monthly bills with them have had either errors and/or over charges. when their device stops working and you have them come to resolve the problem - thats a fee the customer has to pay! worst yet, they are rarely on time that a 5pm appointment really means 9pm. I will definitely be changing to another vendor for my business
Strengths: have bundle plans
Needs to improve: timeliness, efficiency/accuracy
We used Comcast VoIP and internet for one of our branch offices. What drew us in was the prices. But the there were too many unexplained outages or limited services, below their gaurenteed service level agreement.
Strengths: The equipment brand was solid.
The technicians showed up on time and tried hard to please us.
Knowledgable with internal building cabling.
Needs to improve: The quality of internet service was subpar. The latency was so bad the VoIP trunk was useless.
We contracted Comcast for our phone and internet services for our office. Terrible decision as aside from the cost, they offered little value. Poor customer service, data outages, billing issues and ultimately unreliable connectivity lead us in another direction. Will likely never return
Strengths: cost
Needs to improve: reliability
The internet service is good, but the service is spotty.
Strengths: High speed internet with very little connection issues throughout the office.
Needs to improve: The customer service is really difficult to deal with. There are many different numbers to contact for different issues. They are not always responsive within 24 hours.
Purchased Internet and VoIP for several branch offices due to discounted price.
Strengths: Package Price was good as it included discounts. Installation was on time.
Needs to improve: Unexplained outages. Sometimes, latency crawls.
