We were very unsatisfied with the length of time it took to get a phone line fully functional.
Strengths: When it is operational, the internet phones have worked well and the products are easy to use. We've experienced a few drops in service, but it's typically remedied in a timely fashion.
Needs to improve: One of the people in our office was not able to receive phone calls from mobile phones. We tried to remedy this at least three different times and it took over 3 months to get the problem resolved.

Service isn't generally stable but have had periods of extremely unreliable internet connection. This is a key issues especially when you run an online venture. Internet speeds vary and difficult to get support staff to address issues. Price could be better given the lack of stability. ISPs are often a game of choosing the lesser of 2-3 evils.
Strengths: While oftentimes the service cuts off, at least the customer service reps make valiant attempts to diffuse my anger

We use Comcast business as our phone service provider at our gym. It works very well and has speed to it and allows us to either call between phones within, or people to call in or out. Comcast has good customer service when you get a plan, they have good priced plans, and will easily be able to accommodate most size deals. I recommend them as a phone service provider.

At my business we use Comcast to supply our internet. This service is so well priced for the quality you receive. We never have any problems with our connections and they make work so much easier. Recommend Comcast internet to anyone who looking for a new internet provider.

Overall product is good, except when there are technical or other issues that require dealing with customer service.
Strengths: My company has used this vendor for television and internet services. The quality of service is pretty good, but the phone customer service and support needs serious improvement.
Needs to improve: Customer support automated system is difficult and quality of service and professionalism could be improved.
We use Comcast as our internet provider in the office and at home. I can only say good things about them because I have never had an issue. They have really fast connectivity speeds that allow for painless internet use.

Xfinity Product delivers as promised and prices are competitive.
Strengths: We use Comcast High Speed internet service at our office for WiFi use in the conference rooms.The speed connection and speed is reliable with no interruptions.

I am happy with the service because it's fast and reliable. However, their customer service can be improved.
Strengths: Great internet connection, high speed, consistent throughout office.
Needs to improve: It was a hassle to set up initially and the customer support was mediocre. Questions were not answered fully or slow.

Use Comcast for telephony and internet for small business
Strengths: All-in-one Xfiniti package for business - telephony and internet
Needs to improve: Internet in Silicon Valley does not seem stable, and routinely have problems with GoDaddy email though Comcast - but not through other carriers
Comcast bill seam to fluctuate when thwy should stay the same good service but is expencive
Strengths: Comcast has good service but is pretty expencive and bills swem to jump up then to where it should be

Although we have no complaints about the speed, it can be unreliable. We hear complaints about connection drops pretty regularly. Calling customer service is often tedious, and takes a long time to get through.

IP telephone systems working well so far, no complaints. Internet service has had a few hiccups with interruptions, but not too much worse than previous service.

We have Comcast intranet throughout our company. As well and our phone provider. They are fast and reliable service. And the customer service is outstanding

Using Comcast is a necessity in some suburban markets. When it works, it works well. The converse is also true in my experience.

overall just as good as my previous communication system but at a dicounted price.
Strengths: cheaper cost and same service compared with currently used phone system

We have comcast for a while now. Good service but expensive.
