Con-Way Central Express

Our company has used Con-Way Central Express for shipping our devices from across the USA – from east to west. We have used Con-way shipping due to them being a leader in the transportation of equipment across the country. Their pricing is fair, securely fastened equipment, accurate quotes and shipping is on time. Con-way makes it easy to track your shipments on-line. Pretty satisfied with the shipping company, even with the equipment getting damaged during shipment, it does get resolved, but takes a bit of time and patients.

Needs to improve: During shipping I have had the the crate the equipment is packaged in become damaged due to shipping/transportation. A few of my devices have been damaged and it takes a lot of work to get thme to take care of the issue - cover the damages...

We first contracted Con-Way Central Express when we had a we had an increase in demand that we could not fulfill with out in house transportation. Going in I was prepared to have to pay a high cost due to never having worked with them before, but their prices were actually very reasonable. They delivered as promised and without any incidents to our products. I was so impressed with them that I started discussing possibly moving some of our more complex shipping needs to them. They are now moving 3 of our major product lines and I've been very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of their business. Would recommend looking at Con-way for your shipping needs.

Have used con-way multiple times for freight shipping engines, transmissions, differentials, and what not. Excellent service and quick shipping. Tracking system may take a bit to up date itself however i have never had any issues with any deliveries or receiving any packages from them. They do a good job of ensuring that your products are shipped safely. I recommend providing your own pallets and wrapping up your packages yourself so that they can just pick them up and ship it without difficulty. They can package the box for you but it's more expensive and I'm not sure if they will do as good of a job. Definitely great for larger heavy items.

Our firm sourced Con-Way Central Express for our shipping needs. As a smaller firm, we like to have more options than just the major service providers and Con-Way is able to meet our niche market. Their pricing is competitive and they have been fairly reliable for us. They're customer service department is quick to to answer any questions and resolve any issues. It saves us a lot of worrying to have such a dependable partner. We will continue using this service as long as they keep up the good work.

At our warehouse we use Con-Way to ship across the US. We usually ship freight load shipments and they are generally on time for the pick up. They are not perfect but above avg compared to other transportation companies. The shipments are easy to track online and if we have any issues we can contact their dispatch. We have requested multiple trucks at different times and they did arrive as requested. So check them out.

Our company has been using Con-Way Central Express with our big shipments and we have yet to be disappointed. Our shipments arrive on time (not counting uncontrollable circumstances) and in perfect condition. Even though we are a small company, Con-Way goes all out to make sure our experience is a great one. Their customer service are very friendly. We are able to track our orders from their website - which is a great plus for us.

We have had are large vehicles and other items shipped through Con-Way. They are an excellent shipping partner, and fast and easily ship your items to you at a excellent price. They finally have excellent customer service and in house expertise and offer prices based on the size of your item and how long it will be shipped for. I highly recommend them as a shipper.

We have contracted with con-way for many years for our shipment station, they have been our third party shippers. We have never thought about once changing our route. They have designed a perfect route for us that saved us a lot of money in the long run. I would recommend anyone with a business to go through con-way to save the big bucks!
