Strengths: Condon and Sons Lumber is a local lumber company which specializes in custom lumber products. They wholesale to many contractors and businesses in the area. They are in their 3rd generation of family business ownership. We keep a commercial account with them and have had one for many years. They provide a significant amount of the lumber we use for our construction projects. Their wholesale prices are great and Gene Condon keeps a good stock of lumber available. Condon and sons can handle large jobs as well and recently, they supplied enough siding to do 1000 homes in the area. They are local only, which makes it great to keep and maintain a great working relationship. We have been using Condon and Sons lumber for over 20 years.
