We use Control Company in our R&D Engineering & Testing departments for our testing, incoming inspection, calibration process, evaluation on our medical equipment and laboratory equipment. Their laboratory equipment can handle any job, they are very reliable and dependable; stop watches, millimeters, carts, thermometers, humidity meters, etc... Their technical support is okay, with regards to operation, quotes, specifications, adjustment, use of equipment and setup. Their customer service staff is very friendly, easy to work with, and very quick to respond to inquiries and provide us with quotes, technical data, samples and delivery schedules. The time spent on the phone or email is worth it as they are able to address all answers and concerns - great technical support.

We had an quality control issue with one of our consumer products and after determining that we had a calibration issue with one of our machines we called upon Control Company and their experience in calibration equipment to help us determine what tools were needed to make sure this didn't happen again. They were very knowledgeable in the craft and recommended several tools that would fit our needs. What we also liked is that they have a great support team that we can call upon should we have any questions. Would highly recommend looking into Control Company for calibration tool needs.

we have contracted with control company for many years. Our main products we have been ordering is ph buffers, which work great and never has failed me before. We have custom orders and un usual sizes that we like to have. Never has done us wrong or denied any of custom orders. Would do business again any time.

Strengths: We have been using their products throughout our different departments. We have not encountered any issue with their product so far. The products are highly reliable and durable. The accuracy meets and or exceeds our expectations. Their technical support and customer service is very helpful and fast to respond. Quotes are placed accurately. We worked with Control for our lab products. Our lab techs love their timers and various meters. We use them to test, retest and push our products through different environments and situations. Control company's products often times outlast our test products. Control company products gives us the data to show how to make our products better.

The stopwatches we use are very important for part of our job in order for the machine to pass or fail there test.
