Our firm had some of our equipment calibrated by Technical Safety Services to ensure that our equipment was operating to spec. Through this process we actually found out a couple pieces of machinery were not operating correctly and had them adjusted by TSS. In the long run this will save us a ton of money as we can now operate more efficiently. The TSS team in the bay area did a great job explaining to us what exactly was the issue and how they were going to go about correcting. The work was done quickly and professionally. If the need ever arises again, we will definitely be using these guys.

We contracted Technical Safety Services Inc to test and calibrate our medical devices. Ensuring that our devices work properly and at it's best is our top priority. The reports are accurate and detailed. We were equally impressed with the customer service. They were knowledgeable and easy to reach. They are very proactive and dedicated to their job. They were able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. We appreciate their quick turnaround and fast delivery. Overall we've had a great experience working with the and will continue to do so. Highly recommend to others.

We've been contracting Technical Safety services for about three years now. We've been using their testing and calibration services to make sure our components are up to code and the safety of our employees is ensured and the quality of our products remains top notch. Their engineers are also great in that they let us know what situations cause calibration to be off and what to do to prevent it. Overall it's been a great experience having them as a partner.

Strengths: We use Technical Safety Services for some of our mechanical testing. The testing they perform mainly is for our Sustaining and R&D department. We never had any problems were their Certificate of Compliance. Certificates are easy to read and measure data are accurate. Quotes are accurate and price is competitive. Their customer service representatives are every helpful and knowledgeable of their services They are a great vendor to work with. Lead times and delivery is very good.

We have used technical safety services in the past for calibrating some of our medical equipment and we have never had any problems with their service. They have great customer care and superb customer service, fair pricing and always professional. Plus they are located in Berkley which is a plus for Bay Area company's.

Our company uses Technical Safety Services whenever we need our medical devices calibrated and/or cleaned. They do a wonderful job with short leads - which is wonderful for us not losing any of our devices for a long period of time. Their customer service are trained well and was able to answer all of our concerns. Will continue to use this vendor.

We're a small assembly that often brings in third party testing to ensure we're running our processes efficiently. The reps and service agents are industry experts and very professional. These guys are top notch. Very reputable staff with strong technical skills. Their technicians were able to diagnose or various electrical equipment and machinery and re-calibrate quickly on site and done on same day! Their testing and re-calibration is extremely thorough as they tested multiple times to prevent any outlier results. We highly recommend this group.

We’ve used TSS twice now. They have performed above our expectations, highly recommend. We had first gone with the other local cleanroom service, which produced an enormous issue for us. Luckily TSS came in with the correct protocol, did the required testing and produced a report that made sense, unlike the other cleanroom service...
we have used their services in the passed for calibration of our dialysis machines. their services are very reliable and customer care is also very good. their shipments are also always on time. their calibrations are always accurate as well.

Our company used Technical Safety Services for cleanroom testing and certification. Not only the staff was knowledgeable, they provided comprehensive report which included test procedures and results. They also offer online access to our equipment inventory as well as certifications.
