MANUFACTURING SERVICES
Control Plastics uses leading-edge computer technology such as Pro-Engineer, SolidWorks, MoldFlow and Cimatron for concept, design, engineering and manufacturing. Need to alter or reverse-engineer a product? We can do it and create a solid model for your review and approval.
TOOLS Our network of worldwide resources enables us to give you top performance at affordable prices. You'll get tool layouts and design criteria. We arrange all-inclusive maintenance contracts so you have no surprises or budget-blowers. We can go "paperless" from 3-D files or use conventional prints. FTP sites are available for secure data transfers. A major part of our business is supplying injection molds for U.S. molders. Our engineering company, Pyramids Technology, supervises and controls each step of the tooling production and testing from our offices in Taiwan and China. Our Facilities range in capabilities and specialties. All are ISO 9000 approved. Tooling status progress reports and other pertinent data are EMAILED TO our customers. We have capabilities to build injection molds for presses up to 2,500 tons in both Asia and the United States.
MATERIALS We work in all thermoplastics, thermosets, including rubbers & silicones, olefins (PE, PP) styrenics, ABS and PVC, polycarbonates, nylons, polyesters, and sulphones (PES, PPS) and PEEK. We're also skilled in elastomers and rigids (flex PVC & TPE/TPU), structural foams and reinforced materials (graphites, minerals, glasses, etc.). We have experience with custom materials developed for special requirements. Many programs can be designed around materials which are post-consumer recycled or industrial scrap. Secondary Operations
SERVICES Case studies are created for all new projects that include mold flow, draft checks, and electronic assembly of components for fit checks. Clients can view the status of their programs from our secure site on the Internet, or just receive emails with the information. This includes tooling status reports, in-progress tool photos, physical part inspection reports, tool steel supplier specs, machine process run sheets, and even videos of mold trials, when requested.

Our R&D Engineering ahs been dealing with Howard at Control Plastics for years for our injection molding needs. Howard has been able to address all of our concerns with respect to: design, materials, process, quality, quoting, delivery times. When you are fighting time constraints it is nice to know there are vendors that are concerned with the bottom line - delivery. Furthermore, Control Plastics has expects that can address the simple design to complex, they can suggest ways to lower the price - single tools to multiple cavities. Customer service is great and a large reason why we chose them as they kept us informed throughout the entire process, all while offering additional solutions..

Our firm contracts out our injection molding to Control Plastics so that they can help us assemble medical devices. We are a smaller firm with tight deadlines so Control Plastics is a perfect vendor for us as they are able to turnaround the products so quickly. Most of our clients require custom designs and Control Plastics has made the often complex processes extremely seamless. Customer service is also great and a large reason why we chose them as they kept us informed throughout the entire order process. We contracted Control Plastics for their custom services on our medical devices. We were referred to Control and have been working with them ever since. Our medical devices have turned out great and our clients have often complimented us on a job well done. The expert staff is great at keeping us informed of the entire process. If there are any hiccups they are quick to contact us but they are exceptional at getting our devices to us on time. Overall we are very satisfied with their work and will continue to support them.

My company sources out our injection molding to Control Plastics so that they can help us assemble devices. We have tight deadlines and cannot afford to partner who isn't up to the task. Well let me tell you, Control is up to the task and then some. Their products are top quality and their team is amazing. THeir prices are in line with other competitors but the attention to detail and level of effort sets them apart. I woudl highly recommend Control Plastics.

I had a pleasant experience working with them. It only got difficult when you ask them to do more then what they have quoted you for. They are very precise in their quotes and unwilling to go beyond until you get another quote for the work you ask for.

Although known for injection molding, we use Control Plastics for their assembly and labeling. These guys are great. They exceeded our expectations and we will never go to anyone else for our needs. They have competitive pricing, perform great quality work and are just good. Can't say enough about this company because of our interactions with them and our products after they did their magic. Amazing team to work with.

Exceptional customer service and prices. Customer service is top notch and very easy to communicate with.
Strengths: Our engineering team has been with Control Plastics for about a year now. They have provided excellent and quality plastic moldings. They provide excellent customer service were very mindful of budgets. They assisted us with our needs and very quick to troubleshoot any issues we had. Attention to detail is why we will continue to use Control Plastics.

Use them to machine components for our medical devices we manufacture. The quality is high and the materials are high end. The machining is always clean and precise and what we had asked for. Never had issues with returns. These plastic components come in ready for final assembly.
