Used many of their 200 series controllers on automation projects. The expandability and multiple expansion cards allows tons of flexibility. Easy to use built in programming tools so that normal computer languages are not needed.

Strengths: Control Technology pioneered the use of automation controllers that did not use dated ladder logic, and instead used standard programming techniques that allows subroutines and parallel tasks.

Needs to improve: Good customer service and help troubleshooting, but no direct presence on the West Coast.
