Working with Parker at Cybercoders was a great experience. The recruiter was on top of everything from figuring out what we "really" want in a candidate to helping with selling our company to the potential recruits. He consistently served as the first filter of the job applicants and we knew each person he introduced to us was at least worth a phone interview to check for fit.
One of our main criteria was personality fit with the current employees. After the first few applicants, he knew which type of personality would fit and which wouldn't. Now it was much easier to match that with required experience and skills. The whole process was very efficient and at the end, we had hired a great addition to our company. Cybercoders will be our first stop for all of our tech hires.
Strengths: High quality candidates. Able to work around your budget and timeline. Maintains the tempo of the recruitment process to make sure neither the hiring company or the recruit is left wondering what is going on.
Needs to improve: As with all recruiters, they are more expensive than if you are able to find the person yourself. Sometimes working against the clock as they have already introduced the candidate to another company.
