Delta Airlines

Great customer service and really nice amenities on the upgraded/newer planes. Average amenities on the older planes in the fleet. All in all, I would highly recommend flying Delta.

Strengths: Delta has always had great customer service whenever I have needed it. Anytime my flights get cancelled or delayed I can call their ticket agents and they will find me a new flight right away. I have never had any problems with service once on the plane but I usually bring my own drinks/snacks so I don't have much interaction. Never lost a bag or had any problems with my checked baggage. Highly recommended. Delta is more expensive than some other airlines but they provide a much easier experience than many other airlines.

Needs to improve: The price has always been the thing that pushed me towards other airlines, usually when I needed to buy a ticket in a hurry. I also really enjoy the planes that have the interactive TV in the back of all the headrests and the last few times I have flown cross-country on Delta, I didn't get that luxury, not a deal breaker but it would've been nicer.

We have had to used Delta as a way to fly employees out to corporate meetings or conventions. Delta has good flights that for the most part are on time and are packed with good customer service and flight attendants. The negatives are the high ticket prices, as well as lack of leg space and lack of bags that fly free as they charge for most bags, excluding carry on bags. However overall they are an average airline, nothing special and nothing terrible.

I have flown with delta plenty of times and have always been satisfied with them. They have a very professional and friendly staff that make flying with them an overall pleasant experience. They have lots of destinations with non stop service to several major cities. There prices tend to be a little high, but the quality of this airline is unbeatable.

I flew Delta several times a month as I was traveling to Salt Lake City (Delta's hub). I have been very pleased with the benefits of their rewards program but find that many of their planes have even less leg room in comparison to the competition.

Strengths: Service large selection of domestic and international services.

Needs to improve: Very limited leg room on smaller planes

I traveled to Spokane, WA with Delta for a business presentation and it was a pleasant trip. Delta was actually the cheapest when I was comparing different airlines. I did the check-in online while the boarding was a breeze by just using my iPhone for e-ticket.

Strengths: Good service, easy online check in, e-ticket for smartphones

Needs to improve: a bit expensive

Exceptional service and will definitely fly again. I would pay more to fly with delta as long as the price is reasonable.

Strengths: Awesome customer service. In flight experience has always been pleasant. Lots of direct flight options. My number choice for airline to fly with.

of the major airlines, i do prefer delta when prices permit. the customer service has generally been very good. flight availability is based on where major hubs are (atlanta, minnesota, etc.) as it does with all the other airlines
