we use SBA for some of our local deliveries especially for some of our perishable products and injectables. we have an account with them and work with them frequently so they have been able to offer us a client pricing program that works well with us. we like that everything is on their website. once you register, you can ship, track and communicate with their team members and freight members all on their online portal. they have very proactive communication with us on our shipments and delivers so we know when there are changes, adjustments, etc. they make everything very hassle free for us. they have delivery on time as always whether it was from us to our client or vice versa. when shipping our products, we know that working with SBA, everything is stable, reliable, and they are very flexible to work with. we have had great experiences with them and recommend them. they are a local logistic service company but do perform global services as well

My package is now 3 days late. They promised me delivery and claimed that because I was a residential customer it trips up their system. They do not return calls, make false promises and I would never use them again! I told them I was willing to forgive being late but they absolutely needed to deliver on the third day late! I can deal with one day late, three days is inexcusable and the communication is horrible! Beware don't walk away - run away!
