When you contact Dentsply directly they have local representatives that really can provide very good customer service and they will demonstrate any equipment that you are interested in. When I asked about a new Dentsply product the rep actually came to my different offices and went step-by-step in using new equipment and offered a multi-office discount. The representative can also explain I wide variety of selections and custom orders.

Strengths: Dentsply has very high quality products especially for endodontic supplies and lab equipment. Their supplies are far superior to generic substitute supplies from competing companies. The size of their company offers very good quality control even when ordering items in large bulk. I have yet to have a misorder in over 4 years of using a Dentsply local shipping representative.

Needs to improve: High price for their brand name supplies.

Friendly service but sometimes due to the time difference I'm not able to speak with someone who could help me.

Strengths: Friendly customer service. Informative on their products. Fast turn-around.

Needs to improve: Could be pushy with their products sometimes.
