Very good customer service. They have a wide variety of disinfection and sterilization products from the actual functional disinfectants to the testing of sterilization equipment from start to finish.

Strengths: SPSmedical is a very reliable company for sterilization, disinfectants, record-keeping, packaging medical supply products. They also provide labeling for records of the decontamination which is extremely useful when dealing with medical products. Bulk disinfectants are especially good. They have a very good selection for any type of sterilization whether its chemical, heat, dry, etc.... Their prices are very very competitive especially if you have a large hospital or many clinics.

Needs to improve: with so much medical equipment its nice to have an all-in-one company instead of a separate company for medical disinfectants.

Monoprice is so much cheaper than competitors that if you need a bulk of cables you really shouldn't go anywhere else. Their HDMI cables are ridiculously cheap and they don't fail even over a decent sample size of rooms. I haven't seen any of their products fail, but even if one does they're so much cheaper that you don't even have to go to the hassle to return it!

Strengths: Quality does not suffer for the ridiculously low prices. The bulk availability and ease of ordering is amazing for Monoprice. They have every wire and component you need at unbeatable prices. Shipments come very quickly and they're so much cheaper than local store and online component competitors that you really shouldn't be ordering cables and components from anyone else. We order bulk HDMI cables for connections in hospitals between doctor and patient monitors and their items work as well over dozens of clinic rooms without fail.

Needs to improve: Some shipping costs where competitors have free shipping for certain items.

Fast shipment, great quality products and plastic components. Customer service was easy to talk to (and a real person!). The adhesives are also really high quality. Price is very reasonable with Tap.

Strengths: They provide a bulk of our plastic supplies for our dialysis machines. Plastic tubing and plastic connections are of very high quality and the necessary adhesives hold up well. Tubing is very reliable and have caused no issues for dialysis machines that they are used with over large centers. Customer service is very friendly and easy to deal with.

Needs to improve: none thus far

Exceptional customer service in explaining the product and what supplies are needed for its use. Definitely recommend speaking with their technical and sales representative as both offer a lot of useful information not in educational courses on their product.

Strengths: This is only place to order the original Botox. When ordering Botox for the first time they get you in touch with a representative that explains all the shipping requirement and product information. They also explain what items need to be ordered from other supply companies for use with their product. They also give you precise cost information and there are no hidden fees. Medical supplies are shipped in very protective packaging.

Needs to improve: They have not reduced pricing to compete with new comparable products on the market.

It is easy to get through to customer service and speak to a live person for dental supplies. Ordering online is very easy and accurate. They make it known when some items are back-ordered (very important as many dental supply companies don't tell you that some item are back-ordered several months).

Strengths: There are many dental supply companies out there. While Davis doesn't have the largest selection compared with more well-known companies they provide a solid selection that is more than adequate for medical equipment and supplies. The price is very good compared with larger dental supply companies. Top brand name lab equipment and handpieces (midwest, kavo) are available.

Needs to improve: Doesn't have as large of selection compared to the biggest dental supply companies

When you contact Dentsply directly they have local representatives that really can provide very good customer service and they will demonstrate any equipment that you are interested in. When I asked about a new Dentsply product the rep actually came to my different offices and went step-by-step in using new equipment and offered a multi-office discount. The representative can also explain I wide variety of selections and custom orders.

Strengths: Dentsply has very high quality products especially for endodontic supplies and lab equipment. Their supplies are far superior to generic substitute supplies from competing companies. The size of their company offers very good quality control even when ordering items in large bulk. I have yet to have a misorder in over 4 years of using a Dentsply local shipping representative.

Needs to improve: High price for their brand name supplies.

They offer a variety of finishes for everyone needs. Easy online customization for bulk orders making getting supplies form them very simple.

Strengths: It is extremely simple to design anything from brochures to business cards. My office has used them for both brochures, postcard and business cards. They offer discounts for larger quantities and use good materials. What you see online is what you get which very very important and the biggest difficulty for using online printing services versus seeing examples in store. Regular shipping is very reasonable despite heavy weight for bulk paper product.

Needs to improve: The weakness of most online printing is visualization of the samples before buying. Proofs help though.

Strengths: Business ordering is very simple at a very discounted bulk price. Shipping office supply is very fast and efficient. Staples has one of the widest selections around and with local locations you can never make a bad order. Very simple to return to a location if you don't want to bother shipping items back for return. Their sub company Quill is another great office supplier. Both are very efficient in turnaround with accurate descriptions and easy to use ordering systems.

Needs to improve: Staple and Quill are part of the same company yet they do not know the others' prices and sometimes their business reps will offer the same products at different prices.

Expedited ordering and simple product and size selection process.

Strengths: Different clinical settings require a variety of tubing components which varies between offices. They have a very good selection and are helpful in making ordering simple. In dialysis high quality plastic components require the utmost performance as it can be very detrimental for failure during dialysis. The cost especially in large quantities is very reasonable. I would go anywhere else for equipment components.

Needs to improve: They did not have a local rep in my area, but ordering directly from the company was simple.

I contacted the company to get outfitted for several offices from taking photos during surgery all the way to printing insurance claims. The company's customer service was very helpful it outlining the needs for beginning to production and different needs for the different offices i.e. internal surgical offices versus external imaging. They helped decipher what finishing products would be best to use with their imaging products as well. Very helpful.

Strengths: Canon outfits all of my medical and dental offices for both surgical photography and insurance prints. They have hands down the best quality products for teaching hospitals and clinics and also for insurance claims. Canon photography is best used with canon printers when sending insurance claims and producing quality pictures for teaching editions and research articles.

Needs to improve: When using canon supplies from top to bottom without using generic brands with the items it can get very expensive although you can receive some small business discounts when ordering for multiple offices which is very helpful.

After many orders with Becton I have had prompt deliver every single time. When I wanted to change an order when I mistakenly ordered an improper size I had no problems exchanging the items via customer service. Even the exchange was expedited without a headache. I am happy to use Becton as my main syringe supplier.

Strengths: Becton supplies our offices with high quality syringes at a very fair price. They have a good selection of the important sizes of syringes for both medical and dental uses in our office. Although rare, if there were any issues with our order they were very efficient in making the proper change for us whether it was quantity or size.

Needs to improve: I haven't come across a weakness for Becton.

It is fairly easy to reach customer service. They will spend time over the phone and will take over computers that are having issues and attempt to fix the issues. For the price the amount of sensors you get is really great.

Strengths: the price of their x-ray systems is very very competitive probably the best price in the entire industry.

Needs to improve: the computer interface is not that intuitive. Also, sensors need to be repaired often and repair warranties do not often cover problems.

we have a rep at ormco who is really easy to contact for supplies. He will let us know what is similar and what else is available. He also, lets us know whenever new supplies come out.

Strengths: high quality equipment. they're a big company so you don't have to worry about returns or repairs.

Needs to improve: cost is often an issue with a major supplier.

4 years ongoing with reliable service. only a handful of times when I needed customer service and any issues were resolved the same day or next day at the latest.
