our company specifically uses DDI for their SOLIDWORKs training services for our staff. they have multiple levels of training that range from a 4hr course to ones that last up to 5 days. the training they office are either instructor lead or they use video based training. we use them because they offer all levels of entry and allow continuity for our employees. they offer continued resource and re-training and CE for our employees and their classroom is very effective.

Strengths: manufacturing, data management, simulation, electrical, plastic design, extensive training

Needs to improve: price

The customer service and technical support staff is second to none, as they are very helpful in assessing your needs and finding solutions to your problems. Extremely helpful.

Strengths: Very knowledgeable staff, great customer service

Needs to improve: Can be pricey, but its CAD software, so it always is

Attend the classes they offer. They come with pizza.

Strengths: Very knowledgeable staff. I've called them many times to help me work through a failing or frozen model. The meetings were excellent as well. I learned a lot.

Needs to improve: I've got nothing.
