Get people to work with. Once you have built up the history with them, they have been willing to help out even on short turn around request. Highly recommend them as a local shop where you can drop off the raw materials and pick up the parts. We have used them for most of our prototype cutting and welding at a previous company with no complaints. They get the parts done correctly and quickly.
