We have been using Draeger safety for years for chemicals and chemical analysis. They have been a tremendous help with improving our process development and assembly line efficiency. They have great products and offer a tremendous service for us. Their customer staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Their pricing scheme is very fair. They do not have any issues spending extra time with you making sure that all your questions are answered. I have only had great experiences working with them and would not have any reservations recommending them to others for use.

We use the Drager Interlock XT and couldn't be happier with the results. There is a reason why they are the industry standard when it comes to alcohol testing. Their customer service is bar none as they are well equipped to handle any of our inquiries. Solid ordering network as our requests are processed immediately, competitively priced and typically quick to ship. They're reliable, durable and very easy to use. While the pricing could be better, you definitely get what you pay for. Solid products.

Exceptional service, quality equipment and reliable consumable supply source

Strengths: Draeger Alcotest 7110 is the industry standard for breath based blood alcohol testing. Their units are reliable, accurate and user friendly. Their training and customer support is great and they provide a comprehensive customer support network and supply chain. We have units that are over 15 years old and they still function as new, despite conducting thousands of tests. They have network capability and can be inventoried and calibrated remotely. We have 10 units in use with our department.

Needs to improve: They are not cheap. limited competition allows for a higher price point.

The industry standard for breath based blood alcohol testing. We have been using their testers and have not had a single problem with them. They are insanely reliable and easy to use. The testers can be calibrated with a tech sent to your facility or even remotely. Customer service is excellent and their staff is very friendly and knowledgable and willing to answer any question you have over the phone. Definitely an A+ company.

My firm utilizes Drager Interlock XT for alcohol testing, an area where they are the industry leader. Their customer service is top notch as they are ready to handle any of our issues. Efficient order processing as our requests are managed immediately, decently priced and typically quick to ship. They're reliable, durable and very easy to use. While the pricing can always be better in any business, you definitely get what you pay for. Great vendor.

Resonable turn time for calibration.

Strengths: We been using their Point Guard I, Oxygen Sensor. So far we really have not experienced any good or bad results from the device. We send it in to the manufacturer every 6 months for calibration.

Needs to improve: Environmental conditions on the Calibration Certifcate are not clear and iinconsistent in formats.

Draeger Safety Inc. are professionals in breath based blood alcohol testing. We have used their testers and have never had any issues. They're easy to use and customer service is friendly and knowledgeable.
