our company has been working with PBL since they added chemical analysis services to their company 3 years ago. in a project that we have had in the works for a few years, PBL provides biomarker analysis PK bio analysis services for our research. the results PBL has provided has consistently provided us info regarding the safety and efficacy of our product. besides the top notch analytical service they provide, the testing quality has always been second to none and they have always provided results within our time constraint. even when we have very last minute request and very specific and unique requirements, PBL has always been able to delivery on time and even at times before schedule. they have a great team of engineers working behind their projects to aid in their clients' projects and we have been thoroughly satisfied with our partnership with PBL.

Pacific Biolabs was used to perform a sterilization validation when my usual vendor was backed up. Pacific was a little more expensive, but they performed the same services and were able to utilize that protocols that our usual vendor follows. This cut time and ensured that I was getting the same results. The turnaround was quick and the testing personal very helpful. The report returned 2 days after testing was completed which was unusually quick for this industry. All in all very pleased with my experience.

We contract out our biocompatibility testing as our R&D team has enough on its plate. While we keep a few vendors on call, we routinely seek out the best value. Pacific Biolabs delivers a quality product at a competitive price. You don't sacrifice quality or thoroughness as their expert staff is extremely knowledgeable and always eager to answer our questions. Quality support, quick turnarounds especially given the accuracy of the reports and convenient. Will contract again.

Pacific biolabs is a real gem. Much less expensive than Nelson and NAMSA. We do all our biocompatibility and sterilization validation testing at PBL. They have a very knowledgeable staff to walk us through every step of the way. Ever since switching to PBL from NAMSA, we have saved a lot of money. They also don't charge exhorbitant fees for expediting.

Strengths: Pacific biolabs provides comprehensive testing services to cover all aspects of biocompatibility testing to satisfy FDA, ISO and all other international standards.

Our company uses Pacific Biolabs as contractors for our biocompatibility testing. Though we keep several vendors on call, we routinely seek out the best value from a cost benefit perspective. We transferred our manufacturing out of the US and used PBL for our biological testing toxicology, biocompatibility, and microbiology testing as part of the validations for the transfer. We also use them frequently to perform bioburden testing for us as well. They are reliable and have sound expertise.

We often use their services ,we send out our products for cleansing and disinfecting ,they help us so much with taking care of thus for us we can rely on them ,and their fees are always what they say they are we have no hidden fees and that's great.

We used PBL to perform our biocompatibility and Shelf life testing. They were able to do the testing and provided a comprehensive report. Testing was one week past the agreed upon delivery date. We only used this lab for one product.

We use them for disinfecting and sterilization. They are trustworthy and reliable. They also are very to easy to schedule with and service has always been top notch.

Strengths: Reliable sterilization services. The customer support is friendly and professional. They are also quick to fulfill all service requests.

Needs to improve: Pricing can be more competitive.

We utilize the services of PB for our coils shelf life testing. They perform an accelerated aging test on our coiling systems to determine shelf life expectancy and set expiration dates on our coils.

Strengths: Great high tech testing faciltity

We send test samples to them every quarter. We are very satisfied on how they treat customers. Provide test and test report as promised.

Strengths: Good cutomer service. Fast turnaround time.
