My company contracts from Druck Inc to procure electrical and wiring for use in our consumer products. So far we have noticed that their products are of very high quality. That, along with their fair prices and quick turn around time makes them our vendor of choice when looking for these products. I have had multiple opportunities to interact with their customer service department and they have been fantastic. Always very attentive and willing to go the extra step to ensure a great experience. We will continue to use Druck as our source for electrical components. I would recommend others give them a chance as I'm sure they will not disappoint.

We use Druck Inc products for our assembly process to testing and calibration process on our medical devices. Our company uses everything from their electronic parts in our circuitry and mother boards, to carious metals to build our assembly lines. They have a wide selection of gauges, meters and some medical instruments. Everything you need and all quality products. Their customer service is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great vendor to work with.

Strengths: company’s products to value our assembly process on the many medical devices we produce. The Quality products they provide such as some electronic parts that we use in our circuitry and electrical side of our assembly process, heavy duty hand and power tools all the way to component assembly equipment. Also in some of our calibration process we use a wide selection of inspection and medical instruments to acquire information that will follow the device process, through our testing and their products we always meet this goal, you name it they have it.

Needs to improve: non

Our assembly line techs currently use their pressure meters to calibrate and verify that our pump assembly is producing the amount of pressure we need for our medical device to function properly. They are easy to use light weight and very easy to read. This is an essential piece of test equipment that is very important to our assembly process.

Strengths: We use druck pressure gauges throughout our facility. We use them mostly in our assembly test line. They are being use constantly on two production shifts. Highly reliable. The accuracy of the device meets our requirements. They are sent out once a year to be calibrated and is always in tolerance. Easy to use. Quality is very good. Their customer service representatives are every helpful and knowledgeable of their product. Pricing very competitive.

we have been using Druck inc's pressure meters for our repair stations and production lines to calibrate and test our dialysis machines on a daily basis and they always do the job with ease. they are very accurate when measuring pressure and how much mbars of pressure are being output by our dialysis pumps. they are very reliable and sold for an affordable cost.

Strengths: We have quite a few of their digital pressure meters through out our facility. Easy to use and configure. The accuracy is good.

Needs to improve: For a portable device it's quie clumsy. We have dropped a few of these and as a result damaged the screen. Comes apart easily when dropped.

We use there pressure calibrater on our machines but was a little difficult putting it together wish there was more instructions on the whole thing other than that everything worked great and the customer service was very helpful.

Our manufacturing associates use their meters on the assembly line to calibrate various equipment. We recently had a unit go bad and Druck got us a replacement unit very quickly. They stand behind their warranty which is rare these days. We have not had any issues since.

We use our Druck pressure gauge to control our argon gas output on the production line. The unit is solid and very accurate and reliable, however, I wish they'd offer kits that run off an outlet power source as opposed to changing out the batteries all the time
