Great service

Strengths: When I needed to develop a contract dry cleaning service for the Officer's in our department, I looked at over 100 vendors. Many involved too may hoops to jump through. I finally settled on Dynasty Cleaners to handle the job. They are a local company with great customer service. They handle over 400 individual Officers an pick up and deliver at 6 locations. Their driver's are courteous and rarely make mistakes. If there is an issue, the staff work diligently to solve the problem and their prices are way cheaper then other local cleaners.

Needs to improve: Local only

We tried this local company to laundry some of the uniforms that we used at work and they weren't able to deliver them on time and the quality is just regular not excellent.

Strengths: They can pick up and deliver.

Needs to improve: late on delivery.
