When it comes to soldering, our engineers always have problems finding the right product that will last, ensuring we wont have to come back and redo the process. When one of our sister companies introduced us to EFD Inc, we were beyond impressed, to say the least. It made their job so much easier AND we got less return calls to come back and fix the mistake. We have bought a stock of their solder paste. It really helps when it comes to filling those hard to reach gaps and vertical surfaces, as well as the hard to solder surfaces which helps tremendously as majority that we use ranges from stainless steel to steel piping.

One of our products requires the application of adhesive to bond pcb, plastic substraights together. While a manual system is adequate, the EFD dispensing system by Norton can make application of the adhesive consistent over the manufacturing process - by cutting down on human error. Our engineers, along with production was please with how the EFD Dispenser System worked. It's easy to use and can be programed to apply the correct amount of adhesive each application.

One of our bonding process was inconsistent on the Tensile Strength due to the manually process of applying loctite at the bonding joint. Then we purchased EFD dispenser system and re-validate the bonding process. Our Tensile Strength variation were consistent with a small standard deviation. The bonding process is reliable and repeatable to meet the 95/95% confident and reliability. Also the operators are please to EFD Dispenser System. It's easy to use and reduce the mess on the production floor. Just it setup to the right pressure and time.

EFD is our source for quality adhesives for a wide spectrum of applications. Customer service is always happy to help and offer their insight. Always quick to respond and provide accurate quotes (lead times). While we're a smaller firm we still get treated as if we were one of our larger counterparts. The products are great but the team is what keeps us ordering.

EFD is our leading vendor for all our tubing connectors. We mostly order their luers, quick connects, and check valves. The quick connects are so that the patient can easy connect his or herself to their device with ease. EFD always delivers a quality product every time we order from them.

While not inexpensive, the EFD adhesive delivery systems work very well. I have used both the newer blue units as well as the older black units on the manufacturing line and R&D lab with excellent results. On the line, they can make a huge difference in reliability of the bonding processes, in the lab they are just more convenient than using the hand plungers.

EFD has an excellent adhesive it is stronger then any other adhesive I've tried. It holds down larger components and prevents solder cracks from vibration without the corrosive out gassing of silicone. They also have great shipping rates.
