ELO Touch Systems

We needed touchscreen monitors for our medical device which is used in the ER. So it needed to be certified for ROHS and pass 60601. The ELO monitors were perfect and they looked good too. We did have some issue with finding inventory, so it took a little bit of time for them to finally come in. The other minor issue we had was that we didn't want the stand it came with, but they could not remove them before shipping to us. It just seems like a waste and it was a hassle to have to remove them ourselves.

Functionally,a great monitor.

Strengths: Lots of different types of touchscreen monitors. Very helpful sales engineer and support. Medical certified monitors. New designs look very promising. End of Life notification.

Needs to improve: Sometimes it was hard to find inventory of what we needed. Pricey. They are going away from the smaller size monitors.

Our experience with ELO's touch systems has been a positive experience. Their systems have saved us numerous man hours and have generated more revenue for us. We have become more efficient with the use of their touch systems.

Strengths: Elo touch systems create state of the art touchscreens for our factory. We utilize these touchscreens for our employees during the manufacturing process of our medical devices. These touchscreens are durable and haven't had any issues at all. Customer service was friendly and very knowledgeable with the product.

Needs to improve: Prices can be excessive at times.

Strengths: They have great computer monitors especially the touch monitor

Needs to improve: I havent found no weaknesses with elo touch
