I use ERS to screen all of my new hires. They are fast dependable and very cost effective. They provide thorough nationwide criminal background check records, sex offender registries, motor vehicle records, employee credit history, social security and identity verification, employment and education verification. When I use ERS, I really know who I am hiring up front.

They do a full background check to ensure that the candidates meet all of our qualifications. Customer service is great and always easy to reach. Helps streamline our hiring and staffing which gives us time to focus on our core functions. Great service.
