I use EMR Doctor to create patient files, do account balances, schedule appointments and create patient statements at my workplace. I have no problems posting charges and payments for patients. Also we can process billing statements to send to insurance companies for payments.

Strengths: Easy to use, practical, great customer support, fast service and reliable.

Needs to improve: I've been using EMR Doctor at my workplace since 2008 and have no issues with the program.
