Strengths: We purchase the Model# ExStik II for our Field Service. Portable device measuring tecmperture and conductivity. Very reliable and accurate device. Easy to use.

Needs to improve: The display has a clear plastic cover. The cover can be easily damaged if not careful.

I received few electrical components for our R&D process management. Their products are good quality condition and reliable.
