Our small business purchased a vending machine from Fastenal and it has worked out great. Not only does the machine provide our employees with added convenience, it actually saves the company some extra time which we have turned around and given our employees random incentives. The actual vending machine has worked great and is the perfect size for our space. The ordering was easy and the product was delivered to our facility quickly. We wondered if the machine would give us more headaches than necessary, but it really hasn't been much upkeep at all and our employees love it.

I've ordered many items from Fastenal; power tools, hand tools, mechanical fastener's, etc... They do a restocking program at our company and seem to be quite good at it. Sometimes they are not the cheapest, but will lower or match price depending on the commodity. All-N-all a great bunch to work with. They are a one stop shop for all your fastening needs, power tools - industrial & hand, large selection of products. Fast shipping with competitive pricing make them ideal for sourcing.

Fastenal is a great source for all types of fasteners and our experience dealing with them has always been positive. We've gone to Fastenal many times over to purchase thread cutting screws for fastening medium to heavy gauge sheets of metal plates. We've always been able to find the exact fasteners we needed for any of our jobs and thanks to their express ordering system online we save a lot of time accessing directly the things we need. Their product support team was very helpful when navigating through their library of goods and we've never had an issue with this vendor. Recommend Fastenal as a trusted vendor.

Very great, daily service on restocking items. Very useful, practical items. When something extra is needed they are sure to bring it as soon as the next day.

Strengths: The vending machines we use in our company carry a wide variety of manufacturing and safety materials that help us do our jobs on a day to day basis. Safety glasses, gloves, tape, and wrist stats are a few of the products they supply to us in their machines. Very useful!

Needs to improve: When a common product is out of inventory we must wait until the next day to get restocked, which isn't bad, but maybe these products need extra stock compared to less frequent used items.

Our company has been doing business with Fastenal for a couple of years now. We currently carry their vending machines in our facility. Every month they come and restock them with drill bits, gloves, batteries, pliers, wire cutters, safety glasses, and grease. We are a medical device manufacturer and we run through a lot of supplies and Fastenal does an excellent job in making sure we always have what we need when we need it. They also supply us with various nuts and washers that we also use in our assemblies as well. Best vendor in my opinion.

A great vendor to order industrial supplies. They play a major role in superior parts for are company. It makes are job easier knowing that were building quality machines by a great supplier. Plus we can always find a great price and they also have massive selection that you can choose from there catalog. It's easy to order and there always on time to ship the product you ordered. Sales representatives have been a huge help in finding the right product were looking for. We are very satisfied working with Fastenal they are very professional.

we have a few Fastenal vending machines throughout or facility that hold everything from gloves to drill bits and they are always stocked full with products and Fastenal field reps come to service it and fill it with products regularly which is extremely convenient especially when im working long hours and projects and I need something from the machine, it however jams every so often but when it does their customer service is easy to get a hold of and very helpful sending field techs to service it immediately.

Strengths: We use Fastenal for alot of our threaded fastener needs. They carry both metric and SAE and ferrous and non ferrous for just about any application you can imagine. They have a great local presence for a big company and there are many stores in the area. The stores are relatively organized and in general, the employees are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Needs to improve: Sometimes individual stores do not carry everything listed on the site and requie a back order or going to another store. Prices can be on the high side.

Great customer service that works with your budgets. They offer a vast of products for your place of business. Competitive prices makes it a win/win situation. A great company that we will continue to trust.

Strengths: Our company has been purchasing from Fastenal for years! Their fasteners and spaces are of the highest quality. We are proud to use this for our assembly line. Fastenal offers some of the most competitive prices. Their customer service offers great knowledge and details that can't be compared. If they find we need something, they will be back the same day to deliver the product, if it's possible or the very next day.

Strengths: We use Fastenal products on the manufacturing line. We have a large section located in the A&T area and also in our warehouse. Their demand is so high, they come out every other week and refill the bins and make sure everything is stocked. I have dealt with their reps when they come in; they all are very helpful and respectful.

Fastenal is a versatile company that is capable of catering to different companies. Our company has used Fastenal to place orders from janitorial (maintaining our office) to handling and packaging (shipping department). The convenience the Fastenal provides is what makes us a returning customer. Another wonderful fact about them is their customer service team. The provide excellent service - which is always a big plus. We would recommend anyone to Fastenal because we know that they will not disappoint.

Great company I can't praise them enough. We are a medical device manufacturer who is constantly in need of new tools and hardware for our facility and assembly lines. We currently have two tool vending machines in our facility that are fully stocked with drill bits,pliers,loctites,gloves,glasses, and various other equipment. A Fastenal rep comes to the facility once a month to restock the vending machines with what we need. Great products and service.

Strengths: Fastenal is a great company to use as a supplier for threaded and mechanical fastening systems. They have a great selection and may local stores. Their prices are competitive and staff at the stores are very knowledgeable. On one occasion, when the San Carlos store was out of a particular washer, the store manager did an inventory search and located the washer at the next closest local store.

I have purchased serval items for our facilitites dept from this place. The selection is vast, and the products have good quality. the prices are very good as well. The facilities dept purchases the cordless drills, degreasers and cleaners. Saftey gloves and protective eyeware. Yes, all under an online domain!

our shop has gone through fastenal for many parts we have had to install in our line. We have ordered many customer washers and different sizes. Never a problem, not a question is asked. Every time we order its very smooth and a pleasing experience. Anyone that needs many different types of parts for anything, order from here!
