Fed Ex

I have used Fed Ex on several occasions for not only shipping purposes but also for creating high quality colored photo posters and laminating work. Their customer service reps are always extremely helpful and gracious. I have never had any issues with damages packages with regards to shipping. I have always been extremely happy with the quality and service of this company.

Needs to improve: None that I have experienced

I use Fed Ex Kinko's often for printing various projects that require high quality color. They have the best service for that. The staff can be hit and miss but if you find the right store they are a great resource especially with the late hours they keep

My office uses Fed-Ex for mailings and I have found that their website is extremely easy to use. Their customer service is great and packages are always on time.

We use Fed-Ex for overnighting product to customers and for RMA's. They are very reliable but we do experience some occasional shipping damage.
