we reached out to Fenwick a few times for legal consulting. they recently expanded internationally and we have a small office in shanghai which is where their china office is so it worked out that we were able to get legal offices in both offices under the same firm. we reached out to this firm mainly because of their international ties as well as their expertise in life sciences. the 2 main categories they are well known for is tech and life science (amount others) but if your company needs legal services especially in tech and life science, i would highly recommend fenwick. just keep in mind their fees can be a bit higher than smaller firms

Strengths: Fenwick and West provides legal services for emerging private companies looking to grow into an IPO.They have amazing staff attorneys who specialize in IPO and contract law. They handle a significant amount of Silicon Valley IPO work and have a great reputation. They also give locally to the community. Great staff to work with.

Needs to improve: Pricey. You get what you pay for.

My private business has uses Fenwick & West for legal consulting services. They have a staff of very knowledgeable contact law attorneys that are very helpful for small private business. Fees can be high.
