our company has use Festo Corp for many times for assistance on our assembly line that we use to manufacture medical devices. They have provided us with an excellent service that has helped us improve our efficiency in our assembly line!!!! Their pneumatics have given us the performance that we were looking for in multiple medical devices that we produce. Their customer service staff is very friendly, easy to work with, and very quick to respond to inquiries. They are very helpful over the phone. Their pricing is fair and lead times are quick. These guys are our mentors. We attended some of their trainings and lectures on assembly and manufacturing. As a start up we have no clue what we're doing. After the trainings we still have no clue =). But we learned that that's okay. Sometimes its all trial and error and we have to find out what works best for our service. Really high on quality because it never fails whenever we are testing and calibrating our machines. In the contrary, customer service is poor. Used Festo air preparation devices (filters, lubricators, dryers, etc.) for numerous pneumatic based automation projects. Their flow controls are the only ones I would buy based on my flawless experience with them. I have also used their guided cylinders for cantilevered applications to prevent sagging under side loads.
