Service has always been warm and friendly. I bought both of my canopies used off of Craigslist, but was easily able to transfer the product's history from the previous owners to my account through Flourish; Now I can get replacement parts and add-ons for the specific generation of my two different canopies. They were very helpful in talking me through my steps and were encouraging of the second hand market.

Strengths: Great Product, strong support. They keep your purchase history on file, so getting replacement parts and mods is really efficient.

Needs to improve: Pricey, but they have proprietary products so it may be in line with their overhead.
