Terrible experience just based on customer service. I cannot comment on the quality of their products since my communication with them never got to that point.

Strengths: -wide selection of filling components

Needs to improve: -customer service; the one person I worked with was extremely unresponsive despite multiple e-mails and phone calls and when he did respond, it was obvious that he did not understand my requirements. He ended up forwarding me to a person who was more helpful, but at that point, I had found another vendor.

I placed many R&D orders for tubing to use in our cleanrooms. The tubing was robust and sterile. Not one order came with a defected section of tubing and it functioned as it should. I wanted to place a custom order for a different size that we routinely order but it was difficult getting feedback. Not sure if this was a one-time issue or not. I ended up switching vendors because time is money. I wouldn't let that experience turn you off from Flow Components as a vendor. When I used them, they were very reliable with off the shelf products.

We have purchased high quality tubing from Flow Components in the past. Very sturdy and industrial strength which is exactly what we are looking for. They mass produce their tubings and as a result always have something in stock. However, if you want something custom, it will take a longer lead time. Overall, very pleased if you need standard sized tubings, but may take time if you need a custom order.

We purchase the quality tubing for our mfg and lab needs for fluids they use in the process of mfg medical devices or R&D efforts. the tubing is reliable and never have any issues, such as leaks or holes. This is important in a cleanroom environment!

Flow Component Tubing has unique design that reduces the risk of tubing being punctured or cut from sharp, barbed edges like those traditional system. We are very satisfied with there product.
