Review your VWR contracts immediately!!! Horrible customer service since the Avantor merger! Went to collect reimbursed freight expenses under our contract only to hear that they would no longer honor it under the new Avantor merger AND they can't officially find the terms of our contract even though they see that I've applied for and received reimbursement in the past. I represent a small chemical company and apparently they are only worried about servicing larger accounts. Fisher, Sigma-Aldrich, and Spectrum always jump at the opportunity to obtain my business. This chemical company will be going out of it's way to not order any VWR products.

Furthermore, since the merger, I've experienced longer and longer deliver times. No notifications on back orders anymore either. Just do not use. Go somewhere else.

We have ordered lab equipment from them in the past in particular their stainless steel work benches. These things are great they look very nice and clean and easy to maintain. We also have these benches and test stands in our rework department. They offer a good product but shop around for the best price if your on a tight budget.

Needs to improve: Well we ordered a work bench with sliding drawers and when it came the sliding door was not sliding. Long story short they sent us a new one and everything was perfect.

Our company purchased various safety equipment from VWR Scientific including eyewear, gloves and sterilization pouches. All the items were good quality and were delivered really quickly. One of main things we like about VWR is how easy is it to order from this vendor and the accessibility of their product catalog online. They have a big selection and multiple other product categories that we did not even really look at. Their prices are decent and we will definitely consider this vendor in the future. We source most of our lab equipment from another company, but when we needed a few specialized components for our lab VWR Scientific was able to provide these at a reasonable cost. Their ordering process is pretty straight forward. Their employees have been very highly knowledgeable and professional. Their prices overall are reasonable, but cost wise for us it is still better to source our other components from a competitor. I do continue keeping an eye on VWR Scientific as overall they are a great company to work with.

Our R&D lab is stocked with a lot of equipment form VWR. their beakers, flasks, test tubes racks and microscope slides. We also have alot of their desk top lab equipment like stirrers and shakers. With every product we get from VWR, the quality is very good. We have never had any problems. The are also very reasonab,y proced as well.

VWR Scientific always provides us with the best blood collection tools such as blood tubes, needles, and syringes. We have never had an issue with their services or products and would highly recommend this vendor for medical supplies. They deliver exactly what they promise and more.

we keep a huge stock of their cleanroom supplies in every department and we are all very satisfied with their cleaning ability. their all purpose cleaner and esd cleaner is some of the best we've used past and present its easy to apply and easy to remove. they also have excellent shipping and package are easy to track and are on time 100% of the time. The thing that makes VWR stand out from the rest in my opinion is the fact that they have a great selection and allow for bulk orders to reduce cost.

Strengths: VWR has a wide variety of cleanroom lab supplies from your day to day consumbales to glassware that you might require. They also have a great delivery service.

Needs to improve: VWR's prices are a little high. But they are better then some vendors and you can buy in bulk to get better discounted prices.

This is a supplier of many types of products for the lab and manufacturing. The scopes are always good quality and durable. The glass beakers and other glass lab ware is durable and has precise measurements. The heat measurement tools are very reliable and precise.

I have relied on them for lab supplies, equipment, tubing, anything. Their prices can sometimes be more expensive. Excellent customer service, we actually had VWR reps on-site. Shipping can take long which is undesirable when you need things HOT.

anything you need for mechanical and engineering components supplies, VWR can provide these things from screws,fastenal,bolts,gloves,masks and hair net. they will never let you run out of stock you can always rely on their service they got friendly representative who knows what you need when you have question.

VWR has just about everything, the only problem is that I seem to have to jump thru a bunch of hoops to get them to send it to me. I do use VWR, but honestly try elsewhere first.
