Forte Promotions

We have been using fortepromo.com for almost all of the promotional swag that we give out at trade shows. Ordering for my company was new to me the first time I ordered from them, but they helped me through the process and selected incredible products to give away. Our account representative, Leslie, has been exceptional.

What I believe is the case but not entirely sure is that most of the promo companies get their raw components from the same sources so in many cases the selection is close to the same and inventory availability is the same. What sets one apart from the other is the customer service and reliability. I can't say enough about Leslie in that aspect. We have had a few occasions when what we ordered before was out of stock and needed a replacement. She helped to offer close to the same product and same price.

Since using them, I've not even bothered to shop around. I know my product will arrive at the shows on time and be correct.

Strengths: Good selection.
Great account representative.
Reliable to deliver product on time.

Needs to improve: One order we received, we could see that they made a mistake on the printing and they removed the logo and reprinted. This made the product not perfect but i don't think most people could even tell.
