We use and have been using Motorola/Freescale semiconductor products for over 20 years. Freescale offers excellent customer support in the for of local FAE's through distributors. Freescale is also great at keeping designs around for long product life cycles.

I shipped and received their probecard products for semiconductor testing equipments. Products are very sensitive and must handle with care. These must open in clean room area and knowledge of Electro static requirements. prices are resonable but guaranteed for their quality

Lots of small components to kit for assembling probe card semiconductor products. Freescales products are very delicate and fragile must handle with care and open in clean room area.
