Service was fine, we had no issues with them. They were available 24-7. They are there to serve you and get the job done!

Strengths: Our company used Gibson Dunn for some complicated contract negotiations. It was convenient since they are located in a couple large cities and were flexible. They are a top tier law firm so the fee's were higher than your average law firm but it was worth it. When dealing with very specific legal issues and contracts we will not go cheap on services that are business critical. We will use them again for the higher end legal needs.

Needs to improve: Again the fee's / billing rates were high but they are a top tier firm so you pay for what you get.

Gibson Dunn was brought in by recommendation from our GC to consult and advise regarding employment policies and best practices. They offered great help and were a good resource for interpretation of new employment and insurance laws and helped to fortify our confidence with our employment policies and standard operations. Attorney service and experience was good, high cost, but of course that is expected when yo'ure dealing with big law.

We use Gibson Dunn & Crutcher for all of our intellectual property realted work. They have a team of experts that can handle all aspects of a patent filing from patent searches, filings and patent protection. We pay a lot, but they are simply the best.

Strengths: Gibson Dunn & Crutcher is a comprehensive full law firm that provides excellent legal reprentation and advice.

Needs to improve: They are very expensive but worth it.
