We use to get a lot of labels thru them, but since we were able to find a local vendor, we have since used them. but we will still go to them for very difficult custom projects

Strengths: They can handle most any type of custom request when it comes to thermal direct or indirect transfer and most any type of labels

Needs to improve: They are quite expensive and based in the PNW, they can be expensive if you factor in shipping
