I've bought and returned many items which i thought would work but didn't end up working. They also have light bulb recycle centers which is pretty cool

Strengths: They have a novice friendly feel for newbie DIYers. Their staff is great at answering you questions and helping you on your projects.

Needs to improve: Their pricing can be a bit higher, but they have a good return policy

We had industrial cabinets installed at one of our retail locations. They were quick and professional.

Strengths: They have the largest selection of granite and quartz slabs as well as a good selection of industrial cabinets. They have great turn around time, where others might take 2-3 weeks, they can turn a custom cabinet in about 5 days

Needs to improve: none

As a regular here for the past 7 seasons, its a great location for corporate events and corporate teams

Strengths: They are one of the only complexes in the bay area to have 10 lighted softball fields. They are very corporate friendly and have games/leagues daily. Along with these facilities they have a great sports bar for entertainment

Needs to improve: none

I usually go thru Enterprise when booking thru work.

Strengths: They have great service compared to most other services. Their lines move a lot faster than most.

Needs to improve: they are more expensive than other services.

I ordered a bouquet of fruits for my gf at the time in hawaii. they were prompt with the delivery. the product itself was not completely ripe. pineapple was sour. some of the fruits weren't cold, possibly because it was in hawaii

Strengths: They are different from your regular flowers. So you get to be a bit original.

Needs to improve: their fruits weren't completely fresh and ripe. Their pineapples were sour.

I enjoy watching my own tv, and I always have great experiences with their staff.

Strengths: Ever since they have a presence at SFO and SJC, i use Virgin to the east coast. they have great ambiance on their flights and the staff is super friendly. Can't go wrong with your own tv

Needs to improve: they have sales, but when they don't, it can be pricey.

I book most of my asia trips thru Zen. They are very competitive. Cheaper than the websites. I booked both EVA and Cathay, and both times their pricing came under the website pricing. They also got me my visa for China for free! not sure if they do that for everyone, but its worth asking.

Strengths: They have a great sales team. They have very competitive rates for Asia. Usually can beat the website prices. They also can assist you with visa and passport issues.

Strengths: They have a great fares and you can cancel any time with no penalties Very flexible, and a good online website. very easy to book and cancel.

we've purchased film from them, only to be fooled by the gauge. but they are still competitive in pricing

Needs to improve: their gauges can be off. they use nominal thickness

They call a lot want us to buy their poly, but we can get them locally for cheaper

Strengths: Huge selection of poly bags. a good online presence to help as well

Needs to improve: they are expensive than most local companies. And you have to factor in shipping costs

We buy green tape from them, but becareful, they can go direct.

Strengths: Small local company that can cater to specific tape needs. has a good selection from import to 3m tapes. its the high end stuff you want to find here

Needs to improve: They are expensive because they have high end tape like 3M.

Strengths: Another box company that caters to the moving industry. they do lots of boxes that are a good fit for movers

Needs to improve: althought they sell to movers specifically, they only have a handful of sizes that are competitive. The rest of their items can be expensive

We've tried quoting items out there, but usually they always come in expensive

Strengths: They are based out of livermore so getting items to the rest of the bay can add on to the costs. They do have a good selection of boxes that are suited for the moving industry.

Needs to improve: most custom jobs here are expensive and lead time is slow

We use to get a lot of labels thru them, but since we were able to find a local vendor, we have since used them. but we will still go to them for very difficult custom projects

Strengths: They can handle most any type of custom request when it comes to thermal direct or indirect transfer and most any type of labels

Needs to improve: They are quite expensive and based in the PNW, they can be expensive if you factor in shipping

I've gone many times looking for items i'm not familiar with. And every time its like pulling teeth to get someone to help me out. But hey, they are cheap

Strengths: They are specific for Norcal. they have lots of stores in the bay area and tout the best pricing. Its usually a go to place for us when it comes to electronics and such.

Needs to improve: their customer service is really bad. Usually if you are looking for items there they just walk past you. You have to practically flag them down to get help

We buy a lot of our warehouse gloves at the San jose location. It can get busy at times, to the point where I'm waiting about 20 minutes to be helped

Strengths: have you seen a grainger book? they have a huge selection of any material or equipment you are looking for. in fact it might be too much as I've flipped thru the book to not find what I need because it is too much

Strengths: the best local place for us to get any tools or equipment. The one at the Great Mall has great customer service and usually you can find whatever you need there.

They can be slow to fulfill orders sometimes, but their products are good quality

Strengths: They have very good products. Desiccants and such. But you can't go direct, you have to go thru a distributor like Great Pacific or something

We've done well to re-sell their items, but they go direct also, so be careful

Needs to improve: they have min. requirements and there are shipping costs

We use them exclusively for out shipments coming out of LA
