As our business operates 24 hours a day (with international clients), we routinely need to deliver confidential and sensitive materials to clients at all hours. Having a quality courier company on call is a necessity. Guaranteed Express is as their name states. Their customer service reps are great, objective and accurate with their quotes. Oftentimes, we shop around for the best value, but even more often than that, we pay to ENSURE that our items are delivered. If you need something delivered and guaranteed by a certain time, especially off hours, you can't go wrong here.

Always on schedule when promised.

Strengths: Our company works 24 hrs. a day, so we often have shipments that needs to ship early in the morning. We use multiple couriers due to customer requests, but Guaranteed Express is always there as promised.

Needs to improve: One morning we had a shipment scheduled for an early pick up. Our product wasn't ready and we cancelled the pickup, although the driver didn't get the message and came on his promised time. He was upset and the girl on shift got to hear about it. Sometime these things happen. Wasn't her fault, she was just passing on the information.

I often have to get urgent confidential documents out to clients the same day and Guaranteed is usually my goto service. They are, on time, dependable, licensed, boded and very courteous. Because my office is in Tracy and I am sending documents out to the Bay Area, the service is rather costly, but when an original document has to be somewhere in a hurry, I'm not left with many options.

Strengths: Guaranteed Express provides excellent express courier services serving the Silicon Valley and SF Bay Area. They are very reliable, bonded and courteous.

We often used Guaranteed when we have products needs to be pick up and deliver. They are really reliable on their service with great customer support. drivers are friendly and i highly recommend them specially after working hours.

I oftenly use GExpress for pick up & deliver on same day service. Its great to have such courier especially after off hours, they are very reliable and excellent customer service providing rate quotes & time on picking up and deliver.

We primary use GExpress for our pick up shipments and deliver to our Freight Forwarders. They have such outstanding customer service. They are reliable and dependable for any urgent shipments. Drivers are very nice and committed on time.
