Harland offers medical device coatings, coating process development services, automated application and test equipment and contract coating services.  Coatings include hydrophilic low friction coatings and antimicrobial coatings.  Six series of automated coaters provide surface preparation, dip, spray, UV cure and heat cure processes for quantities of a few parts per day up to millions of devices per year.
