I actually liked my experience with Hawaiian airlines. They have great flight attendants, but the food was not good and tasted like plastic.
Strengths: The flight attendants are exotic and beautiful, with great personalities to match.
Needs to improve: I was separated from my family, but fortunately I met great people from where I sat

Customer service is excellent. We had to change dates on our flight a couple of times but they were very understanding and accommodating.
Strengths: Excellent customer service, pleasant to work with and very reliable.
Needs to improve: None that we've encountered

I have used Hawaiian Airlines and found them to have exception customer service. The flights are ontime and an excellent way to travel to Hawaii.
Strengths: Great flights to Hawaii, excellent customer service, on-time
Needs to improve: None
Great flight to Hawaii with nice stewardesses.
Strengths: Fun and great airline.
Needs to improve: Food was not that great.
