Almost every technical part of my house and office has an energizer battery inside. Lasts for a long time and works perfectly

Strengths: Right there when you need it.

Needs to improve: No weaknesses, just wish the batteries were rechargeable

Flights were on time and luggages got to the destination safely. Although I wasn't too satisfied with my seats, the food was better than Hawaiian Airlines

Strengths: Polite and professional service from the flight attendants

Needs to improve: The flights that I've gone on were filled with crying babies.

I actually liked my experience with Hawaiian airlines. They have great flight attendants, but the food was not good and tasted like plastic.

Strengths: The flight attendants are exotic and beautiful, with great personalities to match.

Needs to improve: I was separated from my family, but fortunately I met great people from where I sat

I love their employees; they are sincere and helpful. They were able to price match the price of my laptop and television with another seller. I just hope best buy innovates because times are quickly changing and I would hate to see them fade away with old time just because it's not speedy with technology run.

Strengths: They price match and have great customer service

Needs to improve: The inability to match the speed of technologically run organizations such as amazon or eBay

I love, love, love Apple everything. Sleek design, non-stop innovation... Truly a one of a kind company that has made all the difference in the world. Apple truly has the best, hard-working people and I'm inspired by everything they do.

Strengths: Because of Apple, the world will never be the same again (perspectively in a good way).

Needs to improve: Not applicable to the company.

When I first bought my laptop, I purchased the McAfee AntiVirus Plus for $34.99. It worked great and secured my laptop from viruses and malware. I wanted the whole package so I actually bought the LiveSafe recently and my laptop, as well as our family PC, is fully secured! From hackers to dangerous emails! Thank you, McAfee.

Strengths: They have different packages to choose from, so every individual can purchase what's most suitable for them.

Needs to improve: Not much since it protects not only PC's, but other devices such as smartphones and laptops.

I always find out there are hidden and unnecessary data charges. ATT is somewhat deceiving, but after long hours of ultimatum, customers end up getting what they want. No need to leave this carrier for another.

Strengths: Never late on the latest gadgets (no pun intended) and will tempt you to sign up with them

Needs to improve: Too many unnecessary data charges! The only reason why people stick with this carrier is because they know how to negotiate and of course ATT doesn't want to lose customers

All my TI calculators still work! No matter how many times I've dropped my TI-36, it still works great. Also, I bought a used graphing calculator for only $39, and it works as if it were brand new!!!

Strengths: Even when I buy a used TI-83 graphing calculator, it still works great. Now that's quality assurance.

Needs to improve: Nothing I can think of. All my calculators from TI still work!

Well, it beats other brands such as Syntax, which blows. I like the fact that my flat screen in our guest room (which is of course Panasonic) stays in great shape and with no problems.

Strengths: They have a wide variety of electronic appliances.

Needs to improve: I had the hardest time choosing the best flat screens. The product description wasn't as detailed as I thought it would be, let alone testing each television out.

We were getting new software systems at work to avoid slowing our website down and that's when Cal Bay Systems Inc came in the picture. They successfully replaced our old system with the new and improved, which has a fast drive and keeps the flow of our online sales going due to the minimal errors it only has.

Strengths: Gets right to the point, knows how to troubleshoot well, and its employees know exactly what they work for.

Needs to improve: Maybe time consuming, but again given the circumstances of dealing with software, it's understandable.

Chase Bank does not showcase credibility. It's hard for a client to bank with them ever again after numerous times of having to call and ask why they keep taking money out. It would be understandable if they took money out to pay overdraft fees and such, but those were never the reasons why they charged us a good amount of money. Not trustworthy.

Strengths: They let clients put their money in checking and savings account.

Needs to improve: They then secretly take money out of those checking and savings account. Then once you call them to ask them why they take sporadic amounts from your account, they have a different excuse every time.

My uncle is actually the project manager for Deloitte - Sacramento. We've sat down and talked for hours about what if analyses regarding our company's budgets, costs and how to improve our NOI. Needs to improve: No weaknesses

Hydraulic Controls Inc is a company to do long term business with, especially if you work in a salon distributor. Our shampoo backwash units, salon and barber chairs, as well as shampoo chairs function well due to the valves and hydraulic motors that Hydraulic Controls Inc has provided to us.

Strengths: This company gets a five-star rating for their integrity and fast delivery.

Needs to improve: No weaknesses thus far; all of our orders were shipped quickly and nothing was missing.

Great when it comes to arriving to our warehouse to pick up the orders that need to be sent out, but bad when it actually comes to delivering the orders to our clients.

Strengths: They don't arrive to our warehouse later than expected.

Needs to improve: Where do I start? Almost every week at least 5-7 customers will call in saying that their orders are either: 1) lost in transit after a long period of time from the estimated delivery date stated on the tracking status or 2) lost after tracking status states it's already been "delivered". In addition, we don't get to file claims and try to win money back because UPS just doesn't allow it.

After seeing the work our company's programmers and Sparkwave have put together to create our new website, I was appalled on how appealing the website looked compared to the layout and such from before! From information architecture to wireframing, it's safe to say that the website will definitely be advertising for itself.

Strengths: If you haven't already, please visit their website. It already reflects their true ambitious service on giving the best web design experience.

Needs to improve: It's still a growing company, so amateur input were foreseeable. Not that much weakness, in my eyes.

Citibank has provided the company I work for with great information as far as expense advisory and what-if analyses on budget, sales, etc.

Strengths: Citibank is able to provide its clients, at least from my experience, the consultation he/she deserves to make better decisions.

Needs to improve: On a personal note, Citibank has laid off my grandmother, aunt and uncle when they were in their early 50's back in 2002. A gift and a curse but business is business, right?

When I thought I had a missing component to one of the monitors, I called the company and one representative was able to help me out right away to set up the monitor quickly.

Strengths: Tiger Direct Inc. has one of the best quality when it comes to monitors. Not only that, but they also keep the people whom want to do business with them content because of the price.

Needs to improve: I would say the delivery time was somewhat long, but it's understandable since they are in the east coast and I am in the west.

The service is impeccable. The company recommended the best materials needed for us to completely secure our products. We also received a reasonable quote and pricing. Will work with the company again.

Strengths: Our company had to customize and obtain new packaging for products that were brought from our manufacturer in China. Luckily, the owner of the company came across Industrial Plastic Supply and instantly received a reasonable quote from the company. From PTFE/TFE to PPO to Noryl plastic materials, our products couldn't be anymore secure. This is one company any distributor will want to consider as far as plastic supplies.

Needs to improve: There's no weakness from my experience with the supplier. Maybe just the downside that they only have one location.
