HD Supply Facilities Maintenance

i deal with the same driver every day. he is a great guy very trustworthy(tony). he gives me a call on my personal cell letting me know he is getting close. knows what days i work so if he knows im off he wont waste his or my time driving to my complex.

Strengths: always here at the same time everyday. next day delivery if you order by 3pm. will carry boxes all the way to my shop door. will also take returns on damaged products. they know my schedule and what days im available for pick ups.

Needs to improve: during holidays they are really busy so deliveries will come later in the day. occasionally ive gotten the wrong part. they are trying to save money on parts and products and making them cheaper.
